Professional Services Engineers are responsible for making our most strategic customers successful.

You will lead short / long term projects at the client location and install our solution.

This team solves real world problems, using brand new technology in the cyber industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform technical integration activities of the existing platform.

  • Perform end-to-end test to verify the integration for product owner sign off.

  • Business analysis to ensure that product owners requirements are clearly understood.

  • Provide updates to Project Managers regarding the status of your project -deliverables.

  • Support operational team with integration and new requirements launches.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • One year plus of experience in technical integration\ system administration \system\IT\post sale activities.

  • Strong professional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability in delivering exceptional customer experience.

  • English skills both written and verbal.

  • Advantage: Experience in cyber industry.

  • Advantage: Experience in CyberArk\Forcepoint\MFT products.

  • Collaborating closely with the IT and information security teams of our clients, fostering strong working relationships, and meeting their specific needs.
