Business analysis to ensure that product owners requirements are clearly understood.

Provide updates to Project Managers regarding the status of your project -deliverables.

Support operational team with integration and new requirements launches.
Required Skills and Experience:

One year plus of experience in technical integration\ system administration \system\IT\post sale activities.

Strong professional interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability in delivering exceptional customer experience.

English skills both written and verbal.

Advantage: Experience in cyber industry.

Advantage: Experience in CyberArk\Forcepoint\MFT products.

> Support Engineer

Providing remote Tier 3 support for our embedded information security solutions to ensure exceptional service delivery to our valued customers.

Identifying and efficiently resolving technical issues with a high level of professionalism, ensuring optimal client satisfaction.

Collaborating closely with the IT and information security teams of our clients, fostering strong working relationships, and meeting their specific needs.

Acquiring an in-depth understanding of security solutions from various manufacturers, enabling you to offer specialized expertise and guidance to customers.
Required Skills and Experience:

1-2 years of relevant experience in System/IT.
